LYOGISTICS - AUTOMATIC LOADING/UNLOADING SYSTEMS
The Telstar LyoGistics range of equipment can satisfy all manner of requirements, such as handling materials in;
- Vials or in bulk
- Under conditions of laminar airflow or isolation/containment
- Single freeze-dryers or for multiple units
- Fully automatic or manually assisted processes
In all instances the goals remain the same;
- To segregate the product and the operator
- To provide productivity benefits
- To maintain consistent standards of aseptic processing.

Compact row-by-row loading systems with push-in-pushout motion or push-in-pull-out motion can serve one or more freeze dryers, and are particularly suited for use under isolation or containment.
A family of modules enables the system to be configured to any layout and the patented technology fits within the standard footprint of the freeze-dryer.
Flexible systems are suited to large installations with several freeze dryers operating under a LAF (Laminar Air Flow) environment or with open RABs.

Lyogistics TLUS 900
Bulk product tray semi-automatic loading / unloading system. Integrated with isolator.
Lyogistics FLUS 1500
Push-in/pull-out 'row by row' frame vial semi-automatic loading / unloading system.
Lyogistics FABS 1500
Bulk product automatic loading/unloading system.
The chamber is fed with liquid product solution via a filling system directly onto deep walled trays and uses a unique tilting system to obtain the exact load as programmed for the production recipe
At production cycle completion, the dried product is automatically unloaded by an anthropomorphic robot and phamaceutical vacuum process. This system almost completely eliminates human interface for bulk production which is the most desireable condition. All that is left to do is open/close the door, and even that has the potential to be automated.
