Above examle: RMS-TS-03, a unit configured to provide a full thermodynamic analysis of 3x -90°C process cooling systems on a 0.001mBarA cGMP bulk production freeze dryer.
GENERAL INFO
- Our RMS units can be programmed for almost any type of sensor (eg. signals of 4-20mA / 0-10V / pt100 / thermocouples etc).
- Supplied in a Stainless Steel / IP65 enclosure.
- 110-230VAC 50/60Hz power requirements (DC system also available)
- Provided in kitset form (preprogrammed and tested) to allow 'PLUG and PLAY' installation by the customer.
- LAN connection provides REMOTE ACCESS via your on-site internet connection, allowing you, or your specialist technician, access to the data (via any browser).
- MULTICON program (installed on your computer) allows data to be downloaded for graphing etc or others allowing full remote access to the RMS display for changes to settings/program etc via a VPN connection.
- Fully independently of your on-site control/PLC system.
- Accessed remotely via internet for thermodynamic assessment of machine, data downloading, updating program for sensor modifications etc.
- Supplied with all mounting fittings/accessories/material to fit the sensors to your machine + installation instructions (Written instruction c/w photos, video and remote support as needed)
- Designed to be easy enough for a competent plant maintenance person to install.
- Optional ‘Remote Specialist Assist’ programs available, I.e. regular/scheduled checks on equipment to detect deterioration, etc.
